Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase for faulty, damaged, or missing items.

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

A clear video of the parcel being opened is compulsory for all exchange requests. Requests without this video proof will be rejected.

Courier Charges & Dispatching

  • If the issue is due to an error by the GenZcore team, we will cover courier expenses.
  • Customers are responsible for courier charges when sending items for exchange.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If the desired product is unavailable, customers must select an alternative item.
  • Courier Exchange: Some courier services offer pickup for exchanges. Customers must share a packing video via WhatsApp before dispatch. The pickup fee is Rs 440, payable via COD or online deposit.
  • Immediate Sharing of Courier Slip: Customers must send the courier slip via WhatsApp to avoid delays.

Eligibility & Exclusions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Exchanges will not be accepted if:
    • The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
    • Items are damaged due to use, tampering, or missing components.

Replacement for Defective Items

Faulty, damaged, or defective items are eligible for replacement.

Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale can be exchanged, but customers must cover delivery expenses for both sending and receiving the item.


Return for Refund

  • Refunds will be issued as a voucher valid for 30 days (no cash refunds).
  • Refund Processing: Voucher issuance takes up to 3 business days, with a deduction of Rs 220.
  • Customer Expense: Customers must cover shipping costs to return the parcel to the GenZcore warehouse.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded but may be exchanged.
